The process of obtaining Turkish citizenship with us has become easier
How?
The Turkish government announced revisions to its Turkish Citizenship by Investment Program, in September 2018. As a result of the modifications, customers may gain citizenship and a passport for as low as 250,000 USD, compared to the prior price of USD 1,000,000. So, the program has become one of the most cost-effective and appealing citizenship efforts globally. Since then, thousands of investors have earned citizenship due to investments in Turkey.
This law has been changed in April 2022 to 400,000 USD.
You can become a Turkish citizen if you buy a property in Turkey worth at least USD 400,000. Your spouse and any minor children will be given Turkish citizenship in addition to your application. Those who are accepted in their applications will receive Turkish citizenship for the rest of their lives, and their children will also be citizens. Dual nationality is permitted in Turkey, allowing you to hold various citizenship and your Turkish citizenship.
Ways to Obtain Turkish Citizenship:
1. Invest in property worth at least USD 400,000.
2. Invest at least USD 500,000 in Turkey as a fixed capital investment.
3. Make a bank deposit of at least USD 500,000 (or an equivalent foreign currency unit) in a Turkish bank.
4. Purchase at least USD 500,000 in government bonds or an equivalent foreign currency unit.
5. Create at least 50 employments in Turkey, as certified by the Ministry of Labor.
6. Invest a minimum of USD 500,000 in a property or venture capital fund.
Turkish Citizenship For Family Members:
If you are married, your spouse can also get Turkish citizenship from the real estate investment with the same application as well as the children below 18 years. Because Turkish law does not admit multiple marriages like homosexual relations or more than one wife, your spouse must be excluded from the opposite gender and your marriage must be legal.
With a certified health report, you can obtain Turkish Citizenship. If you have another citizenship, you are allowed to hold dual citizenship in Turkey with the citizenship of your country, of course, only if your original citizenship allows you to hold multiple nationalities. However, if your original nationality does not permit that, you have to waive it.
The process:
The Turkish government attempts to minimize the required time to issue Turkish citizenship, therefore, it takes about only 4-8 months to get Turkish citizenship after your buying application.
If you are not able to come to Turkey to do this process, you can make a power of attorney for our lawyer to do the task and register it under your name.
